Below is a sample of the desktop of the product. The folder tree allows you to manage your issues by organizing them into logical groups. The table view allows you to use a spreadsheet type view. Both types allow you to apply filters so that you can customize the range of issues that are displayed. The table view also allows you to define which columns are displayed and how they are sorted.

Opening a new or existing issue brings up the main issue form which provides access to all of the information that has been recorded about that issue. Many of the fields are drop down lists which provide quick and simple entry of data. The names of all the fields and the drop down lists can be changed to suit your organization. If the fields we provide by default are not enough, you can even add custom fields which show up in the center portion of the issue form

All issues progress through 3 stages. Opened, Resolved and Closed, which corresponds to the three top tabs. Each tab contains specific information that is required at each stage. Across the bottom are a number of tabs which allow more generic information to be captured.

Activity Log
The Activity Log records who modified the data and allows a free form text area for recording details about the issue, descriptions of steps taken and resolution.
Notes
The Notes Tab is used to create more targeted notations. There could be notes specific for release documents, engineering requests, future enhancements or quality improvements. The note categories are setup specific to your needs. Builtin reports are then used to compile these notes into a single document.
Related Issues
The Related Issues Tab allows you to link multiple issues together. This allows you to quickly view other issues that had similar problems in the past, or that caused this issue in the first place.
Attachments
The Attachments Tab allows you to attach any PC file (document, spreadsheet, etc.) to the issue. Double clicking on the attachment starts the appropriate application which then displays the file.
