Below is a sample of the desktop of the product. The screen has two main parts. The upper screen shows each job that you have on the go and the various tasks and days that these tasks should occur on. The bottom half shows you a break out by day of each of the major tasks and the total allocated to each area.

You can use this schedule to people just as easily as you would tasks. If you name the tasks with peoples names then you can simply assign them to jobs. You can set up daily limits for each task (or person). Whenever you overallocate a task on any given day, the lower screen flags that day in red. Alerting you to the fact that you have to take action.

You set the properties for your business from a properties form. For example, you set your working days from a simple calendar menu. Non working days are shown in black on the upper schedule.

Jobs are entered on a form. High priority jobs show up in Red on the schedule. Completed jobs will disappear off the board the next time the program is opened. A spreadsheet friendly history file keeps track of all completed jobs so you can analyze your past production.

Capture 2

You can look at individual days and see what jobs are scheduled. This helps when you have a lot of jobs on the go and are trying to deal with overcommitments. You can print out the schedule for the any time range.

Capture 2

You can drag tasks around on the schedule to help manage your schedule. You can align on the last day (We need to be finished by this day) or the first day (the earliest we can start on this is). Quick Sched will rearrange all of the dates so that they fall on a working day. If you have delays between tasks Quick Sched\ will retain that for you.
